Postage Options

UK deliveries that are in stock will normally be made within 5-7 working days of us receiving your order.

We can also despatch within 2-3 working days if your order is urgent subject to stock availibility.

Just choose the Express Delivery Option after you have checked out. There is no extra charge for this service.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude all public holidays.

If you wish to discuss your delivery date and order we would be happy to go through the options with you so please call on 08451161848 and we will do our utmost to fulfil your requirements to the best of our ability.

Small orders are despatched by Royal Mail and are priced according to weight.

Most larger orders are delivered by Carrier next day service at a maximum charge of £10.00 and there is no extra charge for express delivery.

Should there be any additional charges we will notify you when you place your order.

If you require your order to be sent to Isle of Mann , Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland there is no extra charge.

Sending to Eire and Channel Islands carries a higher charge and will be priced according to weight.

Unfortunately we are unable to instruct Royal Mail to leave parcels with neighbours or any special delivery instructions.

If your order is being sent by carrier then although not guarenteed you can leave instructions* for the carrier company although we cannot take any responsibility for these instructions to be carried out and any consequence of these instructions.

*The success of your delivery may be helped although not guarenteed if you include the following information to help with the delivery if you are not going to be in:

Postage

We will receive a proof of purchase for orders sent out by Royal Mail, however this is not a guaranteed service and this will be deemed  the end of our responsibility for the delivery of all orders. Where we may be able to trace the order we assist in any way we can to help you trace the order.

Carrier

Should your order be sent out by a carrier then the order will be traceable to final point of delivery. At this point a signature will be required.
If you request (which must be made in writing ie email /letter) for the delivery to be made in an unsecure location and / or at a different delivery address this is done so at your and /or recipients own risk.

Should there be no- one to accept the order the carrier company should leave a card and if so leave instructions for you to follow which in normal circumstances will be for you to collect the order from your local depot and / or arrange for the order to be redelivered. Should the order not be collected and / or received by delivery in 2 attempts by the carrier then the order will be cancelled. Please see full Terms and Conditions for further information.

If your order is being delivered by carrier on an expected date and no card is left please contact us on 08451161848 and we will endeavour to assist in ascertaining the location and delivery of the order.

Returns - See full returns policy

All returns are sent back at your own expense except where your purchase is considered to be faulty.

When returning your purchase a proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt. We recommend that you return your purchase to us using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery services. Faulty items returned to us will have the postage refunded in full.
