1. When should I place my order if I am unsure of the number of children able to come to the party?

We are always happy to send out your invitations before you order and often we suggest you let us know roughly how many kits you may order and if there is a particular bear and / or animal or a mixture so we can keep these by for you.

Alternatively you can place your order and at the checkout in the payment option section click ‘Telephone payment we call you’ and we can hold your order until you have final numbers which gives us the chance to add or take away kits / accessories before we take your payment.

Our kits are also returnable should they received back in the same condition within a reasonable time frame (see our Terms and Conditions for more information) if you have any spare. We find though that for 1 or 2 kits it may be a more economical to use these as presents.

2. Can you send the invitations before I place an order?

Yes we can and we are happy to send a few extra for spares – there is no obligation to order the number of kits to the number of invitations we send out.

3. Can you reserve my order while I am sending out the invitations?

Yes we are happy to reserve your order to ensure you received bears/ animals you have set your heart on. Although we hold very good stocks we are unable to guarantee your favourite(s) will be in at the time you place your order.

Once you have confirmation we can then take the payment for the number you require and make the finishing touches to your order.

4. How soon will I receive my order?

Ideally we would like to be able to despatch within 5-7 days of receiving your order, as we pack each order individually according to your kit and party package requirements, however provided we have everything you require in stock then we can despatch within 1 -2 days for you.

At the checkout stage of completing your order you have the option to state when you require the order by and we endeavour to adhere to this date. Should we be able to despatch sooner.

You are also very welcome to contact us to check at any time to make sure we can meet your requirements and to discuss further.

5. Do you offer a hosting service?

Yes we do in certain areas around the country where we would love to come along and host your party for you whether at home or other party venue.

6. I am organising a bear making party for my school/ club is there any literature you can send me to help promote this?

Yes we can send you invitations (however many you need), postcards and mini posters. Also we can email a poster / information and also an order form to you for you to print out as many as you need.

7. Can I order a selection of bears and animals?

Yes you can mix and match as much as you like and the type of kit also.

8. I am ordering 7 kits, am I entitled to any freebies?

Yes you will receive free invitations, thank you notes and filled party bags.

9. How easy are the bears and animals to make?

It mainly depends on the age of the child/ children as to how much help they need getting the stuffing right into the arms and feet. For an example we would suggest if you are having a party you would ideally need 1 adult for every 5 children based on a 6 year old. The older they are they will probably need less help. 10. Can the children who are attending the party choose their own bear/ animal before they come?

Yes they can, we can either send you a document with the pictures and names of them on or you could ask them on the invitations to look at the website to choose.

11. How can I tell which bear is which child’s at the party?

One of the best ways is for the children to decorate a t-shirt or bandana which will personalise each child’s bear. You can also write each childs name on the swing ticket on each bear/animal.

12. How long should the party last?

As a guide we recommend approximately 2 hours for the party. This does depend on the number of children, ages and if you want to include other activities, for example, decorating a bag, t-shirt and / or bandana or even adding other craft activities from our party extras page such as decorating a mug, plate and / or bowl.

During the 2 hours we suggest a couple of games, the bear making and ant other activities, maybe pass the parcel and tea / lunch. Please visit our Party Tips and Ideas Page for more information.

13. Do you supply other party accessories?

Yes we do to help theme your party and the ease of ordering from one place. Hopefully this can also save on further delivery costs too.Please visit our Party Shop to view our party products.

14. I already have all my party accessories; instead of the free party pack do you have any alternative offers?

Yes if you are ordering over 10 kits and do not require the free party pack we offer an alternative offer of a 10% Discount on your order* or we are happy to discuss with you other alternative offer options. 15. Can unopened kits be returned?

Yes they can be returned provided they are returned in the same condition they are sent out in and within 30 days. Please click on our returns policy at the bottom of the website pages for further information.

16. I am ordering 20 kits, is there any extra delivery charge for this?

No, we do not charge any more than £10 for a next day delivery within the UK even if you have, for example, 1 or 5 boxes delivered / 4 or 40 kits.
We also offer an Express Delivery Option for no extra cost than £10.00.

17. Do the prices stated include vat?

Yes they do include vat and the current rate at the time of your order.
